Mood Board Design
We provide room mood boards with detailed product links. Depending on a client’s budget, we refresh and beautify a space by selecting paint color, furniture and home accessories based on the client’s style choices.In-Person Styling
Provided for our local clients (within 25 miles radius of Chicago)We begin with a 30-minute zoom call to go over your design needs. We will then purchase home accessories based on your budget and style. After completing the purchases, we will come to your home and start styling! The price reflects our half day installation fee, and the cost of accessories are billed separately.Home Staging
We offer service in preparing and presenting residential properties for sale or rent. The primary goal of this service is to enhance the visual appeal and marketability of a home, in turn making it more attractive to potential buyers or tenants. When homeowners or real estate agents enlist our services for home staging, we visit the property and evaluate the homes’ current condition. We assess the layout, design, and functionality of the space. Keeping in mind the property’s best features, we develop a comprehensive plan to showcase a welcoming ambiance along with a cohesive functionality for buyer optimal desirability. This staging process typically involves several activities, such as decluttering, rearranging furniture, adding or updating decor, and enhancing curb appeal. We may depersonalize the space by bringing in our own furniture, artwork, and accessories, or work with existing furnishings in the home to create a more neutral environment that will appeal to a wider range of potential buyers or renters.As a home staging business, we understand the target market and use design principles and techniques to highlight the property's strengths, maximize space, and create a sense of lifestyle that potential buyers or tenants can envision themselves in.
